What secrets hide behind a movie’s soundtrack? What if pictures would talk through sounds?
In this lab you will find the answers to these and many more questions to become a sound expert and what is called “a Foley artist”.
You will become a sound creator for a day, using all your creativity and many instruments that you would not even have imagined before: from piano to drums, from tin cans to shower tubes. In the morning we will get into some secrets of the trade, which you will then apply in the afternoon: with a microphone and a computer, you will be creating the sounds of a short animation movie.
